Less color is boring.
Mool is a Mexican design studio where we create lines of furniture, accessories and interior architecture. We also prototype and produce with high quality and technology for other brands by the hand of our sister company Estudio Mueble Madera.
Our history
Mool was created in 2016 by Emmanuel Aguilar and Edgar Tapia in Mexico City. The history of the brand goes back to more than 45 years of history and furniture tradition with a high scope of production, therefore, we are the result of the union between experience and experimentation. We adapt and renew with our own stamp through simple but functional shapes, quality materials and the judicious use of color that reflect our passion and care in design for daily life.
One year after the creation of Mool, we became the first Mexican brand to be part of Be Original Americas , an international design network with which we share a place with other large design studios. Since then, our motivation is to continue growing to share our vision and work in design.

In more than five years of work, we have had an active participation in exhibitions and national platforms such as Inédito en Design Week México, Abierto Mexicano de Diseño, Zona Maco Diseño; and international fairs such as Wanted Design, among others.
For us it is important to join forces with the creative community, which is why we have had the honor of working with incredible architecture and design professionals such as Cecilia León de la Barra, Héctor Esrawe, OYOSA, La Selva Estudio, Bandido Estudio, Beatriz/ Peschard Arquitectos, Chable, Shelf / Ricardo Casas and TUUX.
Our mission
Our intention is to create atmospheres and that through color, textures and compositions, spaces that people enjoy inhabiting are generated. It is also to offer you original and functional furniture for the needs of everyday life, providing versatility, elegance and comfort.
Mool's flexibility, scope and creativity make it cover different segments and scales such as residential, corporate and hospitality, as well as contract , a service that offers comprehensive and specialized design solutions for your projects.
Growing
At mool we are heading towards a new creative facet with which we will continue experimenting, creating and collaborating through a growing talented and curious work team. In addition to a new exhibition space in the Juárez neighborhood. We know that the challenges brought about by the pandemic are not easy, but we have the courage and the intention to grow in a national design industry that is strengthened thanks to your preference and trust.
