As we already know, this year has been characterized by the thousand and one obstacles that we have all had to overcome, but the world of art and design does not stop, and at Mool we are excited to see what Design Week 2020 has in store for us .
This edition will take place from October 7 to 31, 2020 , and its motto: Design is the answer , perfectly describes the feelings of many of us.
The program maintains all its traditional activities, and initiatives designed from the new normality are added. Everything, of course, carefully following the guidelines and sanitary measures of the government of Mexico City. This with the aim of making our Design Week 2020 experience as safe and complete as possible.
In addition, this year is characterized by the extension of the program until the summer of 2021, and by the presence of the United States as a guest country and Oaxaca de Juárez in the state category.

In 2018, during Design Week, we presented the pieces by Coqueta and Altanera for Inédito, a collaboration with Foráneo. The proposal arose from the reinterpretation of the objects intended for beauty and grooming activities.
Design Week 2019
Through the Quetzal Line , we present a series of mirrors and stools that pay homage to Mexican and Central American culture. All with an artisan process behind, and impeccable finishes.
The same year (2019) we participated again in the Inédito exhibition with the Thaw stool, a fully functional piece in which we seek to evoke the effects of climate change using patterns that represent small ice islands in the vast ocean.
It goes without saying that we already want to show you what we have prepared for this year at Design Week 2020, as well as discover the proposals of all our designer friends and studios.
